17 November 2015 Whether Investment in Residential Flat only covers Expenditure incurred on Roof, Walls, Carpet area and Electrical Fittings etc..What about Cupboard fitted in kitchen, living area, Bedroom by the builder, whether the Income Tax officer would treat this towards Capital Cost of Construction or it will be excluded at the time of valuation of the property.
