If contract price is inclusive of taxes,should service tax on reverse charge be also recoverable by the client from the contractor.

if invoice which is inclusive of ST where Reverse mechanism is applicable and also ST is not shown separately, then it can be assumed that ST is charged at effective rate (considering reverse charge provisions) and both service provider and service receiver need to calculate their part of liability.
