Hi,
When I Completed my BCom ,Than In Holding Companies Chapter I prepared Consolidated Balance Sheet. But Now I M Confused That What Is Difference Between
(1)Consolidated Balance Sheet & Balance
Sheet.
(2)Consolidated Profit & Loss Account
Profit & Loss Account.
(3)Consolidated Cashflow Statement & Cash
Flow Sattement.
Actually I Want to Know Meaning of Consolidated. In Friendly & General Language not in Bookish Language.

Consolidated means taking all the group companies together ....means one statement from clubbing all the similar statements of sister companies....................one after adding many

TAKE IT IN LITERAL SENSE CONSOLODATION MEANS AGREGGATING THE ITEMS OF BALANCE SHEET OF TWO COMPANIES IN TO ONE BALANCESHEET, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN ADJUSTMENTS.
