Consequences of not filing tds return

19 September 2017 Dear Experts, We are Private Ltd Company and Rent Rs.80000P.m & TDS deducted Rs.8000P.m.We not deposited the TDS on rent for the whole financial year, now what to do to rectify this problem. We not file the TDS Return for the whole financial year.Is there any way to avoid Penalties and Interest for not filing the TDS return.
