Hi Everyone
My Principal signed my form 109 on 21st oct 2013 But due to some reasons m unable to send this forms with in 30 days and if i send these forms on 19 dec 2013 with late fees of Rs 100 and Stipend details is it ok or i have i hv to submit the con donation letter to icai

yes if delay is within 30 days then 100 rs condonation fees you need to pay.

The time period is not specified by Institute under which Form-109 should be filed with Institute. However, this form-109 is valid only for a period of sixty days from the date of issue by the office of the Institute. The date of issue of this certificate cannot be prior to the date on which the FORM is issued by office of the Institute.

Within 1 month of signing the form109 it needs to be submitted to icai else condonation fees and a letter in this regards needs to be submitted.
