With the new amendments in CS course, if CS SIP,ITT is not done within then what are the consequences ... will they allow to appear for exams

You have to mandatorily complete your SIP and IT training before appearing in cs executive exams.you have to submit your test papers also .In some cases they allow students to appear in exam without completion of abovesaid requirements
