Confused about post graduation studies.

10 July 2014 I have completed my graduation B.Com(Accounting & Finance)this year, now I am pretty confused about whether to go for m.com or accounting technician course/CAT course by ICWAI or ca/icwa intermediate or job? I want guidance from job oriented point of view. Thank you.
P.S: I am an average student.

12 July 2014 Forget the fact that you are an average student. Success is dependent on your vision and zeal to pursue your goal. If you start to become member of ICAI, then nobody can stop you except you or your thinking.

Since you are from accounts background, i would suggest you to go for CA course. It is a professional course which is enough for great career.
