i am preparing for ipcc. i want to go.for rank. i am very much confused whether i should give may 14 attempt or november 14.

For rank time and attempt doesn't matter. Once i got a rank without studying with 104 fever during exam days.
My rule earlier the better. Focus on May 14.

If you get a proper time to revise all your studies then you should give it in May term.. Else in Nov...
However, before filling exam form make sure you will appear in exams..
