11 April 2013 IN THE REAL AUDITS DOES THE AUDITOR SENDS CONFIRMATION LETTERS TO DEBTORS

IF SO, IF THE DEBTOR DOESNT RESPONDS WHAT HE SHOULD DO?

Actually Balance confirmation letters are sent to debtors with all measures like return envelope etc.

They will add a presumption that if no reply is received from debtor with in specified days say 15 days ,it will be presumed that the balance shown in the statement agreement with your books.
