i submitted my articleship form on 23 feb 2015 but today i came to know that i am not registered due to non availabilty of seat at that time.
but now the seat is available and icai is asking a confirmation letter that i will only be registered from 5 march 2015 from my ca for article registration.
please tell me the format to write the letter

Just write a simple letter with all details relating to joining... thats all dear
