for condonation of delay under section 141 of companies act 1956 (charge),,,, where should we file petition ,to Regional Director or Company law Board.
please reply it urgenttttttttt

25 July 2013 The powers has now been shifted to Regional Director. So petition for condonation to be filed with RD. Earliers the powers were given to CLB.
