Hello Experts,
Here is my quick query.
A one time option was given to builders who have ongoing projects to opt for new rates i.e. 5%,1% without ITC.
I want to know whether this new scheme is a Composition Scheme for builders ?

No , its not a composition scheme . Its a normal scheme with reduced rates.
