16 December 2013 Unable to concentrate ..one will say this "when your interest on other activities

is more than the interest shown in studies,,so just avoid for which you are giving more importance than studies,

only idea i know is
.
.
find out on which you have more interest than studies(games,internet,chatting with friends,useless discussions on cricketers,film stars)

make list

and avoid all those activities then your concentration will improves
