please provide example of computation of service tax of company which providing more than one service and also taking more than one service

Assume service value is Rs. 10,000 and invoice is raised on April 01, 2012.
Then service tax is Rs. 10,000 * 12.36% = Rs. 1,236
Then service tax is Rs. 10,000 * 12.36% = Rs. 1,236
