compulsory registration under gst

Ma'am
I have a fast food restaurant in Delhi and am doing online business with swiggy. My annual aggregate turnover is less than ₹ 10 lakh.
As per Sec 24 of CGST Bill 2017, i have to compulsorily register under gst but do I have to charge gst at applicable rate after I register or after my turnover crosses threshold limit?

You have to charged GST from the date you are registered because once you are registered threshold limit does'nt matter
