compulsory registration under gst

28 June 2017 Ma'am  I have a fast food restaurant in Delhi and am doing online business with swiggy. My annual aggregate turnover is less than ₹ 10 lakh.   As per Sec 24 of CGST Bill 2017,  i have to compulsorily register under gst but do I have to charge gst at applicable rate after I register or after my turnover crosses threshold limit?

28 June 2017 You have to charged GST from the date you are registered because once you are registered threshold limit does'nt matter
