Nhai ne .company ko compensation diya for complary acquisition of land ..and wo compensation dispute me chal rha he ...NHAI wale bol rhe he jo diha wo wapas Lena he. And company aur compensation demand kar rhi he. And jo paisa mila he dispute wala compensation ka. Usme income tax and mat ke kya provision apply honge..
please suggest your views ..
