Compounding for non compliance of sec 383a

Can anyone please help me in dealing with this.... We need file compounding application for not complying with the provisions of Sec 383A of the Companies Act.

Please help me know the steps I should take in this regard....

08 May 2012 Pursuant to section 383A of the Companies Act, 1956, and rule 3(2) of the Companies (Compliance Certificate) Rules, 2001 the companies have to file Form 66 and attach the Secretarial Compliance Certificate to the said Form. Form 66 can be downloaded from the MCA portal.
