27 June 2017 sir mere client hai small mobile phone recharge wale proprietor jo commissn agent ki service de rae hai vodafone airtel idea jaisi companies ko but in small agents ki turnover 20 lakh se kam hai but ye big companies vodafone airtel etc unko gst lene ko force kr rai hai mera qustn hai ki kya mein iss small dealer ka registration composition scheme mein leelu to beneficial rahega

27 June 2017 if you are sure of your turnover not crossing 75 lakh, you can surely opt for composition scheme. It is beneficial to you

01. PAN
02. ID....aadhar
03. photo
04. pass book or statement as the case may be
05. ele bill,or landline etc......
the authorised person is only for partnership llp etc....
please check you are clicking on sole proprietor

27 June 2017 Businesses dealing only in goods can only opt for composition scheme. Services providers have been kept outside the scope of this scheme. However, restaurant sector taxpayersmay also opt for the scheme.
