Hi all,
Can any one clarify, if buyer opted for Composition scheme-Works Contract under Karnataka VAT ACT and he want to purchase goods from other states issuing C forms. Can this be possible. If so, please explain me the procedure to get Cforms

By virtue of Section 15 of KVAT 2003 the works contractor who is registered under COT can make interstate purchase.
Many High courts held that C-Form can be can be issued for purchase of goods which are used in works contract. so that you can issue the C-form
Procedure:
1) Get CST commodity added to your registration number.
2)update the CST purchases online so that you can generate the C-form online as per new user manual of auto generation of C-form for more infomation click below link:
