Composition scheme fy 19-20

We are a service provider and applied for GST on 7th August -19. We want to convert it into a composition scheme. How do we do it? On the portal it says Composition for 18-19 is disabled now.

Last date for opting composition scheme for financial year 2019-20 (by service provider) was 31st July 2019
