10 September 2017 sir mera provision store hai jisme sabhi Daily use goods (aata, Maida, sugar) sale karta hoon aur pan masala , Tobacco bhi sale karta hoon , Kya Main composition schem opt in kar sakta hoon

As per my view, Composition scheme is not available for MANUFACTURER of Tobacco products. retailer can opt for composition scheme.

13 September 2017 Dear Sir,
as per the FAQ on Composition scheme, person who are not eligible for composition scheme specifically stated that manufacturer of following goods (Chapter no 2105, 2106 and 24) not eligible to opt for the scheme. no where it is stated that dealer also not allowed to opt fo composition scheme. please read at the following link - - -

and if dealer also not eligible to opt for the scheme then kindly give any notification in this regards.
