Hi,
I am trader having turnover of 40 lac during training year having a separate registration. I have commercial property let out and has income of 25 lac.
Can I opt for composition scheme under gst?

No you can't as you are also providing services & composition scheme not available for service.

No you have to opt either composition or normal scheme for all business.

Composition Scheme is not available for services, so you cant opt for trading business also.
