Sir,
can a contractor can take composite schemed. Whether he can charge gst at the time of billing to the department.
Please suggest.

Previously contractors came in service therefore they cannot opt for composition but now a new scheme of composition for services has been introduced subject to few conditions. you may go through the same for more details.
