17 April 2019 Interstate Purchase Some Item Damaged then Replacement purpose goods send , then can allowed composite dealer purchase return another state

17 April 2019 Yes, there are no restrictions on procuring goods from interstate suppliers by a composition dealer. Composition dealer is allowed for inter state purchase returns also

However , composition dealer can not take ITC and any purchaser ( composite or normal ) can not issue debit / credit Note .
Ask your interstate supplier to raise credit note with full value ( including IGST amount )
