15 December 2017 Dear sir, Can Snakes(like mixtures,) manufacture become a composit dealers Under GST...kindly clarify this Please.........
He Buying provisions item and make sankes and packed then sell in retail so, he is under composit and normal taxpayer pls explain.

15 December 2017 A manufacturer can become composite dealer provided his turnover is less than Rs.1.5 Cr p.a. and doesn't do inter state supplies. He can't take input also.
