What are the components of transfer cost in purchasing & selling equity out of Brokerage, BSE/NSE Transaction Charges, Service Tax, Stamp Duty, STT.
Is entry load & exit load, besides STT, part of transfer cost in case of equity MF.

Except STT every other item of expenses can be added to purchases cost or deducted from sales cost.
Entry & Exit Loads are costs. Exclude STT.
