compliance to notice

I had received a notice from income tax dpt for non filing of income tax return and notice says that I had to give response to "compliance link" on online mode of filing ITR....when I clicked on complince link no notice is shown there and neither notice is being displayed in "pending action" link....in short problem is physical notice is received but notice not showing in online mode and when it is not showing in online mode then how I will respond to it..

I have never come across this type of an issue. I suggest you to send an email to your concerned Assessing officer and bring the issue to his notice.
