A Company is covered under cost audit order issued dated 24th January, 2012. Whether the company has to file complaince report for the financial year 2011-12? pls clarify.

17 September 2012 Yes the company will have to file the compliance report for the FY 2011-12.

19 September 2012 Yes because it is already covered under the 3rd june notification and if turnover exceeds 100 cr then in 24 jan 2012 notification.
