19 October 2014 My Clint get email from CPC Bangalore, to submit compliance form.as he has file itr in AY 10-11,in off line, and not file in AY 11-12,&12-13, bcz his income was below 5 lac , and file online in AY13-14, & 14-15.so plz help what I hv to do, or not required to submit. As it was not complasry at that time.

19 October 2014 Once the return is filed either offline or online, the same has to be ideally followed every year irrespective of taxable income. In this case you need to declare the fact that the return was filed only for some years and not in other years in compliance form.

20 October 2014 Has to be submitted. Just logon to income tax site ---- go to compliance .------ submit form ----- fill up the data and submit
