WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF AUTHORISED CAPITAL OF A COMPANY FOR WHICH THERE IS NO NEED OF COMPILANCE CERTIFICATE OF A COMPANY SECRETARY.

There is no connection between authorised capital and compliance certificate of CS.
However if your AC is less then 10 Lakhs no certificate requited.
