Please clarify me that what should be the date of Compliance Certificate in a Pvt Ltd company & whether it can be before accounts signing date?

20 July 2010 The date of compliance certicate should be on the date of signing of the balance sheet and it is same for all types of companies.

20 July 2010 Section 383A does not say the date of signing.
As a prudent practice the observation of Aditya Ji may be followed.

20 July 2010 In my view, it can be after but not before the accounts date. Reason being that the Compliance certificate refers to many points which are based on accounts and the auditors CARO report.
