26 June 2015 Is it correct that we dont need to file compliance certificate from F.Y 2014-15. that we used to do in eform 66.

27 June 2015 section 383A of companies act 1956 is eliminated w.e.f. 01/04/2014 so that there is no more reqirement of CC because new companies act were introduced on 01/04/2014
