If the paid up share capital of the company is decrease from 6 cr. to 4 cr. than company has to follow the appointment of whole time company secretary?

The Company is not Mandatorily required to have CS if paid up capital is less than 5cr as per wordings of Section 383A
However required to file Compliance certificate with Roc.
IF Company voluntarily have CS(Qualified)
then no need to have Compliance certificate
