Whether an auditor has to check with compliance part of CO or it is a CS responsibility?

ie eg Loan from directors sec185 is to be complied with??

Yes, auditor is supposed to check compliance provisions required under companies Act 2013. He may take certificate from the management, wherever, due to certain reason, it would not be possible to check. For further query, you may write us at info@wealth4india.com or call us @9266242424

ie management representation but that I think is not sufficient evidence ie Auditor can't only rely on it..!!
