our one of the colligue , notice receive from income tax to his wife due to in 2012-13 non filing of IT Returns whenever one time deposit Rs. 10 lac in saving a/c. So, please advise how to submit compliance on e reply ?

Prepare the income tax return manually for AY 2012-13 and take printout with acknowledgement.
File income tax return manually with your
jurisdictional ITO and get acknowledgement of the same.
Log in to your income tax account and go to compliance tab and update the details i.e., ASK Ack no. and date.
