department has shown my status as Non filer in my incOmtax site. wn i answered no taxable income. they are asking queries 1) agreement entered with builder cooperative society for property transaction.
for which my answer is no since i have no transaction. can any body help me which anser to select 1)self 2)OTHER PAN 3)NOT KNOWN 4)i need more information.
2) STT 1 SHARE PURCHASE ANSWER IS YES PL TELL ME FOR YES ANSWER WHICH COLMN TO SELECT - NAVAL -

2)You have to select self if you have purchased shares out of your source of income.

however i am still confused. I purchased shares from my life times savings and/or aganst sale of shares. however i had no income so i can not opt my source of income. cn mr seetharaman clear this point as to which option to choose in this situation. naval

Don't get confused Income tax authorities have details of your share purchase and sale. File the return and pay taxes if you have earned any income.
Don't worry if the shares are purchased from your long term savings for which you can furnish the proof when asked for.
