Completion of articleship

07 February 2011 i js completed my article ship in September 2010.and after sometime i js received a letter from ICAI that i have not fully completed my article ship... My doubt is that my training is started on 31 march 2007 and completed on 31 Jan 2008 and then i took registration with other CA and my article ship with that CA is 2 year 7 months and 28 days...so pls tell me in first year how much weeks i should mention in my form ..
