20 December 2010 Sir, i m going to complete my articleship in this dec. end.
i want to know that in form 108 we have to fill details under current employer, then in weekly working details i have to fill accordingly. suppose i have served last 1 and 1/2 year under this employer then is i have to fill it in year 1 and 2 column or in 3rd years column

21 December 2010 U need to fill the details for ur whole tenure, i.e 3.5 years... ICAI doesn't provide the 4th column as such, u need to draw that by urself in that 108.., and fill all details. If u fill only 1st n 2nd or rather leave any year column blank, that amounts to ur LEAVE during that period... So, though u assisted ur current employer since 1.5 years, that means u served ur previous employer too for 2 years.., need to fill that as welll.....
