26 November 2012 What is the procedure to complaint against icai for setting very hard paper of law of nov 2012.???I undrstnd ca is a tough job but this paper was more than enoungh. Rest of the papers wer good .

26 November 2012 You cannot file complaint for any paper being tough. If you feel some questions were out of syllabus then you can file a complaint with board of studies and wait for their reply.

27 November 2012 A student CANNOT decide the level of paper for the examination.

It is at the sole discretion of the Institute.

27 November 2012 Ok experts thank you. But the questions which wer put in the papee wer totally different . Which wer not in any practise manual. And the level was much high. Does institute give some marks to all students. if for many of the students the paper was hard.

27 November 2012 Instead of reading practice manual you should go for conceptual clarity. You should be able to apply the concepts to practical situations.

Institute will give marks only if the answer is correct. It will not distribute marks just because some students found the paper tough.
