Sir,
I wish to clarify a doubt regarding company winding up.
i.e.
A Company was registered in 2009 & it has not carried any business activity.Now the BOD want to close under sec.560
What are the procedure to close that company?
What are the documents required to close?

A company not carrying on any business activity or operation on or after 01/04/2008 is eligible to apply for the EES 2011.
