Dear all,
I m going to start a business so i would like to know that which will be beneficial for me to form a pvt ltd Company or a Firm ?

i would sincerely advise you to go for a LLP or a partnership. Company is a very complex affair these days after companies act 2013

it is your starting firstly you can do the business in proprietorship. if in your business you want more money. then you can select Partner ships or LLP.
