Company started but no business renumaration

13 December 2013 our private limited company is registered on 26th July 2013. till now we are unable to get any business. and we have not done any activity. will it be any problem? and we have three directors all.are working the market to generate business without any renumaration. is it mandatory to pay the salary to directors?

It is not mandatory to pay remuneration to directors. It will depend on management to pay remuneration.
