What is the maximum number of companies in which a person can be a Company Secretary?

Hi,
A Company Secretary can be appointed only in 1 company at a time.
In other words you can file only one from 32 for one CS.
If you try to file II form 32 for same persom second time the same would be rejected by MCA electronic system.
