Respected Sir,
I want to know when company Secretary is compulsary ? Suppose Abc's Pvt. Ltd.company is paid up capital is 50 Lac, is it compulsary to take Company Secretary full time or part time ?

If the paid share capital of the company exceeds Rs.2 crores,it has to employ a whole time secretary.if your paid capital is 50 lakh than appointment of company secretary is not compulsory but you have to take a compliance certificate from a company secretary in whole time practice if your paid capital is in between 10 lakhs to 2 crores.

Chartered Accountant can make compliance Certificate given to company or Company Secretary is complusary for making compliance report above 10 Lac ?
