Is schedule vi & schedule iii is same thing? What is schedule iii & schedule vi?

In the old Companies Act 1956, P&L, BS, etc was in Schedule vi
In the new Companies Act 2013, P&L, BS, etc is in Schedule iii (Some people call it Revised Schedule vi which is technically wrong, it should actually be called Schedule iii only)
