Hi, I am a working professional as a Customer service manager. I have joined my CS Executive and will appear in Jun, 2015. Please suggest me as i would like to change my job from Customer service to CS field. What can I do?

jsut try to find job in the cs related field... or in cs firms ..!!

suggested to first atleast clear cs excutive else it gets difficult to start new job and cs
