Sir, A Company which is paper manufacturing company has not submitted annual filing form
(Form 23B, 23AC/ACA, 20B) from A.Y. 2004-05. Now, if company wants to file compliance related filings, then how much additional fees must be paid?
kindly give me reply as soon as possible..

Fees is determined on the basis of its nominal share capital. Being late, normal as well as additional fee has to be paid by the company. For the rates of additional fee pl refer section 611(2) of the Companies Act,1956.
