1. can we apply for approval of company name without DIN

Dear Member,
I am afraid but you need to take atleast two Din Nos. of two Directors of the proposed Company (3 in case of a public Company).

1. DIN is mandatory for applying name of the company.
2. Originals not required for com. incorporation but for applying DIN scanned copies are required.

DIN is mandatory in case company's promoter and director same person.
But in case promoters are individuals who not proposed to be director of proposed company not required DIN for form no-1A.
