22 January 2011 Form 18 & 32 are to be filed simultaneously along with Form 1. A draft of Power of Attorney is given below which may be executed on stamp paper, scanned and attached to Form 1.

We the subscribers/promoters of the Memorandum And Articles of Association of M/s XXX , under incorporation of Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata do hereby authorize SHRI XXXXXX s/o XXXXX of (Adress) by occupation Chartered Accountant (Membership No. xxxxxx) to make necessary correction, addition, deletion, alteration, amendment and any other work related to incorporation of above named company and also to collect the Certificate of Incorporation of the above named company from the office of the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata on our behalf.
