12 August 2016 Hi i want to start business of construction as a private builder. I want to construct flat on land and sell it to public. what i need to do for starting business. what is the full procedure of company registration and fees associated with it?

Actually we have din and dsc and other steps like name approval, MOA AOA etc are required to be completed but they are demanding quite high fees for it. we are from kanpur. where do you belong?
